These terms apply to all users of the platform and govern your use of our services related to the purchase of physical gold coins and bars.
1. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and must complete KYC verification (including Aadhaar, PAN, and other documentation) to create an account and make transactions on Gold Pay.
By using our platform, you certify that all information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Purchase and Delivery of Gold
The Gold Pay app allows users to purchase physical gold coins and bars at live market rates.
Once a purchase is made, the gold will be delivered to the user’s registered address. Delivery times may vary based on location.
Users cannot cancel orders once the gold has been dispatched for delivery. Same-day cancellations are allowed if the gold has not yet been processed for delivery.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 6-8 business days to the original payment method.
If funds were added from unverified or non-KYC accounts, they will be rejected and refunded within 7-10 business days.
4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
Bullionare Times Private Limited strictly adheres to AML regulations. All users are required to complete KYC verification before conducting transactions.
Funds must be added only from the user's KYC-verified bank account. Any funds transferred from non-KYC or third-party accounts will be rejected and refunded.
All withdrawals or gold sales can only be transferred to the same KYC-verified bank account from which the funds were initially deposited.
We monitor all transactions for suspicious activities. If any activity is flagged as suspicious, Gold Pay reserves the right to block the user’s account and report the activity to relevant authorities without prior notice.
Users found engaging in money laundering, fraudulent activities, or breaching AML regulations will be permanently blocked, and their accounts may be subject to government investigations.
5. User Blocking and Suspension
Gold Pay reserves the right to block, suspend, or terminate user accounts at our discretion, especially in cases where users engage in fraudulent activities, breach our AML policies, provide false KYC information, or misuse the platform in any way.
We may block access to certain features or temporarily suspend accounts during investigations.
6. Sharing User Data with Government Authorities
Bullionare Times Private Limited complies with Indian law and will share user transaction details with government authorities, regulators, or law enforcement agencies as required under applicable laws, including AML regulations.
This may include transaction logs, user identity verification data, and account information.
7. Security and Fraud Prevention
Gold Pay uses state-of-the-art encryption and security protocols to safeguard user data and transactions.
We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure. However, it is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and MPINs.
Users are required to report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access immediately to our support team at support@bullionaretimes.com.
8. Compliance with Laws
By using our platform, you agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
The Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA)
KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations
9. Limitation of Liability
Bullionare Times Private Limited is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from:
Misuse of the platform by users.
Delay or failure in processing transactions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., technical issues, delays in banking systems, or government orders).
10. Termination
Gold Pay reserves the right to terminate the platform or any user account at any time without notice if users are found violating these terms or engaging in illegal activities.
11. Modifications to the Terms
Bullionare Times Private Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates or changes will be posted on our website and app, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
